<PRENATAL YOGA>
An invigorating Anusara Yoga class modified for pregnancy.
<YOGA FOR PREGNANCY & CHILDBIRTH WORKSHOP> An invigorating class that also allows you to focus on the specific needs of childbirth. Unlike a childbirth education class you take at the end of pregnancy, you can prepare for childbirth throughout your pregnancy. Learn breathing techniques for labor, and how to safely strengthen your abdominal muscles during pregnancy.
<MOMMA CORE YOGA> Flowing Anusara Yoga with emphasis on postpartum abdominal rehab and strengthening your core. Includes tips to repair diastasis recti (separated rectus abs).
<BABY & ME> Parent and baby yoga in a flowing Anusara Yoga style which emphasizes core and strengthening and stretching your body in the presence of your baby. Baby yoga and songs are included.
